Bright Glow Policies
Ready, Set, Let's Glow Together
Blown Off
“Cancellation Policy”
Hi Friends. Let’s work together! We have all been there. Sometimes things happen, emergencies take place or schedules get tight. At Bright Glow we understand that life can throw us a curve ball and we want to work with you.
We respectfully ask you that you provide us a 24 hour notice of cancellation. We live in the world of technologies and it’s pretty easy to get a hold of us. Please understand that when you cancel without 24 hour notice, we are often unable to fill that appointment. As a result, Bright Glow’s therapists suffers an inconvenience. At this time, a $25 pre-payment will be charged to secure the future appointment time. Often our other clients miss the chance to be seen. If this happens to you, please get a hold of your “bestie esty” right away.
However! Being “Blown off” is a completely different scenario. We have also all been here. In the event that complete disregard is shown for our establishment with a “no-call no-show”, please understand that Bright Glow Skin Aesthetics & Body Waxing reserves the right to charge a 100% service fee for the missed service. The fee collected will then go towards any future appointment made from that time.
Upon establishing an appointment, you will be required to read the policy in its totality while scheduling up. Happy Booking!
Weeding Out the Wierdo's
“Inappropriate Behavior Policy”
At Bright Glow we have worked hard to provide a high quality customer experience by providing excellent treatment options.
Your skin therapist is there to help you relax and provide therapeutic facials and also to yield the best waxing results.
Bright Glow is NOT there to entertain any sexual component whatsoever. We are a ZERO TOLERANCE business. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session. This type of behavior exhibited may also win you a filed report with the authorities.
Late to the Party
Late Arrival Policy
We love when you arrive to your appointment on time or perhaps a few minutes early. Since our goal is to have forms completed electronically before arrival, those extra few minutes allow your therapist to answer any intake questions that you may have.
We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you call to let us know so we do our best to accommodate you.
It is not promised that if your are more that 10 minutes late we can still serve you. We will do our best, however; arriving late may result in loss of time inside of your scheduled session in the event we are able to proceed. Full service fees will be charged regardless of lost time. Appointment times are reserved for each client, and tardiness can cause a schedule “domino” effect.
In return, we will do our best to be on time, and if we are unable to do so we will add time to your session to make up for our late arrival or adjust the service charge accordingly.
