In a nutshell: a beauty bundle membership means you save cash, stay radiant all year (bye-bye, unibrow emergencies!), and make self-care so easy it’s practically cheating—no spreadsheets or sticky notes required.

Pricing and services depend on your selected membership package. Additional taxes and fees may apply at the time of service. Bright Glow Skin Aesthetics & Body Waxing operates independently.

Club Glow rewards customers with strategic pricing and consistent results. If you miss a service, you'll get credits matching your monthly payment amount as stated in your agreement. We do not give cash refunds for unused services. Credits can be accrued up to the value of three membership services within our roll-over platform.

To cancel your Club Glow’s membership, give 30 days' notice to the location by phone, email, or in studio.

GENERAL MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Club Glow Membership is exclusively valid at Bright Glow Skin Aesthetics & Body Waxing in Spring Hill, FL, where the membership application was submitted.

Club Glow Memberships cover designated services, which may change without notice. However, your chosen service will remain available throughout your active Membership.

Bright Glow’s Club Glow members are eligible to receive the discount specified in their selected package each month. This includes a 10% discount off the full retail price on any retail product purchase, as well as 25% off any additional services added during their scheduled appointment. Members are also entitled to birthday perks in their birthday month; however, the specific perk is not defined.

Membership benefits cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions and may be changed or substituted at Bright Glow Skin Aesthetics & Body Waxing's discretion.

If a Club Glow Member does not use a specified service in a month, monetary credit equal to the monthly membership payment will be given in the form of a “roll-over” credit. Credits are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may only be used for additional services or retail products within the package.

Members can accumulate monetary credit up to a limit of three times (3) the value of the specified services included with their membership (a three-month roll-over.) however, Club Glow provides strategic pricing, aiming for reliable outcomes, and expects applicants' goals to match what the membership offers. After reaching this maximum, any further Monthly Membership payments will not generate additional credits for waxing services or retail product purchases, and such payments are non-refundable.

Membership renews monthly until you cancel or it is otherwise terminated. The full monthly fee will be charged on the 1st or 15th, even if services are not booked or used.

PRICING
Monthly Membership Rates are established by HH Bright Glow LLC and may be subject to adjustment with thirty days' advance written notice at any time. Applicable state and local taxes and fees may also be assessed separately at the time of service.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
To cancel a Club Glow Membership purchased in-studio, provide 30 days' written notice to Bright Glow Skin Aesthetics & Body Waxing or speak to an authorized employee in person. Cancellation takes effect 30 days after notice is received, and any scheduled monthly payments within the notice period will still be charged.Otherwise, a Club Glow Membership, may be cancelled at any time.

If a member cancels their membership, they have 3 months to use any remaining monetary credit. After this period, unused credit is forfeited. No cash refunds are provided, and credits must be used according to the agreement chosen at enrollment.

If for any reason poor payment history persists, Bright Glow may cancel memberships and collect outstanding dues. Members are required to keep personal and payment information current and report any changes promptly. Notices will be sent to the address listed on the Membership Application.
